Name: SonnyARI#: 31185332 Birthdate: June 25, 2009 Parents: Embrace and Vagabond Namesake: The name Son of Bond is a tribute to Sonny's father Vagabond. He looks so much like his father, it was on obvious choice. The day Sonny was born was my first farmer's market of the season. About 11:30, I made one final check on Embrace before getting ready to leave. And there I saw a little head poking out! After a few calls to explain why I would be late the market, I gathered up camera and iodine and found a sprawling cria in the sand. I dried him off, stayed with them long enough to see him nursing, put a coat on him, and I headed to the farmer's market with a story and the pictures to go along with it! Sonny is currently living here at Hollyhock Farm. |
