Name: SamsonARI#: 30895027 Birthdate: May 22, 2007 Parents: Martini and Vagabond Namesake: Samson was named by the folks that bought Martini before he was born. Samson made a grand entrance - but only with the help of a vet! His little ankle had poked thru the birth canal. But even after getting that leg into the exit position, his other front leg was curled under him. With the help of a vet, he was born, and then ignored while we all worked to get Martini stitched up. We were very happy to hear that the following year Martini gave birth to her second cria with no difficulties. After his dramatic entrance, Samson did bond with Martini and grew into a great looking boy. He is at Humming Hills Alpaca Ranch near Avon, Minn. |
