On the day of her birth, we were helping a co-worker and friend pack up the remains of her home after it was totalled by a tornado. That friend is Melinda. In Spanish, Me Linda Chaquita means 'my pretty little girl'. And Me Linda caught the eye of the gal from Jackpot! Alpacas and the rest, as they say, is history. Being only 3 months old when she moved, we didn't get to know her very well, but are fortunate enough to get frequent updates on her well being. Me Linda was sold to Jackpot! Alpacas along with her mother in the fall of 2006. |
